“Hello, beautiful souls! My name is Genesis, (@yoga_karlet) I am a Venezuelan girl living in Spain. I am 28 years old, an aspiring yogi, student of power yoga and hatha vinyasa, boy mom and travel enthusiast. Among my passions are to explore, I believe that I am a born explorer. It gives me much satisfaction to learn about new places, new cultures, to try new flavors, to listen to others about their beliefs and customs and to learn from it.

About my beauty routine, I must say that I would call it a 'routine of health and skin care'. I believe that every skincare routine should always be accompanied by a healthy and balanced diet and physical activity. I have always had an acne-prone skin since I was 18 years old, which is why I always pay attention to the components of the products that I use for my skin care. The main characteristics that I look for are: oil-free products and non-comedogenic, without parabens or fragrances and cruelty free. These are my ABCs, without those characteristics, I do not acquire them.

In the mornings I wash my face religiously with LA ROCHE-POSEY purifying gel for oily sensitive skin, then I use a gel of 100% aloe. During winter my face becomes a mess, with oily parts and another extremely dry, so these days I also use in the dry areas with a non-stop moisturizing cream for normal to combination skin, from YVES ROCHER.

At night I also wash my face with the gel, and 3 times a week I use the Mask of Magnaminty from LUSH COSMETICS. I let it act 20 minutes, then I wash my face with cold water, and apply at the contour of the eyes my all-natural face moisturizer from IOOI, that hydrates my skin and gives it a fresher look in the mornings.

As for makeup I use very little, I never use compact powders, I have translucent loose powders and I apply them with a brush when I have some important photo or meeting session, I use mascara to go to work or brown eyeliner that gives a touch of eye-catching to the look but maintaining the naturalness, and I use a protective lipbalm of EUCERIN and then a neutral or pastel color lipstick. That is my look almost every day, for me less is more.”
