"Hello, I’m Gregory Dylan (@gregorydylanbeauty) and I am a Los Angeles based Esthetician. I have been an Esthetician for 20 years (yikes!) and I opened my studio, Gregory Dylan Skincare & Beauty, about 5 years ago. Prior to opening the studio, I worked in corporate beauty in Education and Business Development.

My favorite types of treatments focus on anti-aging and glow-getting! There’s nothing better than gracefully fighting back the years and nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients just love their results and how it makes them feel. Being based in LA, I have a lot of actors and models who need to keep their skin in top shape, but can't have down time, so no-downtime treatments with instant glow are my specialty! (And yes, I do see celebrities at my studio! But I don’t kiss and tell, LOL!)

When I am not working at the studio, I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend in Palm Springs, where we own a home. It’s a wonderful place to relax and is truly beautiful. We love to unwind and escape LA while enjoying the amazing scenery. My favorite part is chilling in the pool with a cocktail and putting our dog Alfie on his little float…too cute! Naturally since it’s the desert, I load up on SPF and extra hydrating creams and masks.

I also enjoy home decor as a hobby and of course I LOVE fashion. (Have you seen my IG?! Haha, it’s all about the outfits!) If you follow my IG you know that besides my skin and beauty stuff, you will see a lot of bags and shoes!

My skin care regimen varies but I keep it fairly simply. In the morning, I cleanse with Benefit Clean by Cosmedix. For my day serums, I’ve been using lab samples of my very own soon-to-be-released serum! It rocks! I then finish with True Beauty Eye by DermAware, and moisturize with Peptide Rich Defense SPF 50 by Cosmedix. At night, I cleanse with either Glam Balm Cleanser by Rodial or the Purity Clean by Cosmedix. I then tone with either the Oil Balance or Wrinkle Free Toner by DermAware. For exfoliating, I go for Serum 16 by Cosmedix and follow that with Eye Doctor eye cream and moisturize with either Humidify or Emulsion (both from Cosmedix). However, I do switch it up at least once a week with X-Age Retinol Moisturizer. Also about once or twice a week at night, I apply an oil press with Clarins Lotus Oil after cleansing.

I usually exfoliate about once or twice a week with the DermAware Ruby Exfoliating Scrub, and then follow with Bio-Shape or the Restore mask from Cosmedix. I love taking care of my skin (obviously) so every month I make sure I do my Haute Couture Facial with Oxygen Infusion! My most popular treatment combines ultrasonic cleansing, diamond tipped microderm, extractions, a light peel, serums and masks and an oxygen finisher! AHHHHH! (Yes, I just do my own treatment, in a mirror, lol!). I also do Sculplla on a monthly basis which is a needle-free filler treatment from Korea and the results are instant! My clients LOVE this treatment!

When it comes to body-care, I always go for the Otavea Body Scrub, specifically Chocolate-Coffee (it smells divine!). Then I love to use the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Skin Therapy Lotion, as well as the Cosmedix Illuminate & Lift for my neck and chest. Then I finish with the Cosmedix Reflect SPF 30, and the Margiela Replica Dry Oil Spray in Beach Walk. When it comes to fragrances, I usually go for the Trish McEvoy #9 Blackberry and Vanilla Musk, or the Margiela Replica Beach Walk Eau De Toilette.

Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram for an inside look to more professional treatments and lots of great tips and tricks for your skin and of course videos on IGTV! (And of course lots of fab outfits, too! LOL)"
